THE SHOW will go on today for actress Amanda Waring, who was forced to cancel part of her Fringe run after being rushed to hospital.

Waring, whose one-woman show For The Love Of Chocolate had already overcome several near-disasters before the Festival began, had performed ten times before suffering severe stomach pains, diarrhoea and back pain.

She was admitted to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary last Tuesday and has been undergoing tests there all week, cancelling all performances.

After receiving treatment, she's due to go on stage this afternoon to complete the rest of her run.

She said: "I have had a rough couple of days, I wasn't able to eat anything - even chocolate....
