Jon Secada hopes that his second album titled 'Heart Soul & A Voice' will conquer the urban radio after finding success on Latin, pop and adult contemporary radio with his debut album. The album features cuts with rhythmic groove from sentimental soul to industrial rhythm and blues such as 'Whipped' and 'Fat Chance.' SBK Records will release the album on May 24, 1994 while the Spanish counterpart is scheduled for release on Jul. 12, 1994.
