Abstract :

White males are often victims of reverse discrimination in the workplace because they have often occupied positions of strength or authority in the past. Many men are unsure of how to behave and what to say in certain situations. Comments or friendly touching, such as a pat on the shoulder, are sometimes misinterpreted as discriminatory or sexual harassment. Some white men feel that their confusion has increased time spent on non-work related issues and results in lower productivity and communication.
