CBS may trade its Philadelphia, PA, TV station WCAU to NBC after an agreement between CBS and Group W was signed in early Oct 1994. The agreement is to allow joint ventures in the areas of ownership, programming and the rep business. The expected station deal would be a trade of WCAU for a combination of NBC-owned stations. Subsequent affiliation changes would probably occur in 1995.
