Abstract :

BIAP Systems Inc announces its MacHTTP 2.0 WorldWide Web server software for PowerPC- and 680x0-based Macs, which will ship in Nov 1994. The application is priced at between $25 and $100, depending on commercial or education use. Site licenses will also be available. The software gives Mac users a platform for publishing Web pages on the Internet. Users can utilize MacHTTP and avoid both support and hardware expenses associated with Unix-based offerings. MacHTTP 2.0 includes numerous enhancements, such as better Apple-events support. Server administrators will appreciate the ability to create interactive maps, forms and searchable documents.
