Abstract :

Several factors should be considered in managing organizations that promote growth and creativity. Organizational leaders should analyze the work ethics of their employees. They should also regulate a set of controls associated with workers that support creativity in the organization. Moreover, these controls should be set from an externally imposed to an internally directed basis to complement the work environment.
