Feb. 29--ST. LOUIS -- The Fresh Beat Band kicks up its heels for its first live tour, coming Friday to The Fox.

The popular pre-school power pop group released its new soundtrack set in January and now has taken the show on the road. The Fresh Beat Band, Nickelodeon's stars of the hit TV series of the same name, hit the road in February on a 15-week, 50-city nationwide concert tour.

"The Fresh Beat Band" centers on four best friends -- Kiki, Shout, Marina and Twist -- in a band who love to sing and dance. Kiki, played by Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer; Shout, played by Thomas Hobson; Marina, played by Tara Perry; and Twist, played by Jon Beavers, will perform the show's hits from the first two seasons and the third one now in progress.
