Tullamore woman Sandra Fidock has been baking for the last 30 years.
She has won many prizes, but her latest achievement is an outstanding testament to her talents.
Sandra took out first prize in The Agricultural Societies Council of NSW Rich Fruit Cake Competition State Final at the Royal Easter Show.
And she is 'stoked".
She baked her first fruit cake as a teenager at school.
"I didn't do cooking as an elective, I did it as a craft," Sandra said.
"In those days ice cream came in a tin with a lid. We were asked to bring an empty ice cream tin, line it and bake a fruit cake in it. The lid came in handy to take it home."
Sandra and her husband Don are sheep and grain farmers.
