I`m on the forty-fourth floor and what you`re looking at now is a master bedroom and there will be a car elevator that will bring you and your car to your own personal garage and on the balcony here there will be a private pool with a spectacular seventeen-million-dollar view of the ocean.

VICENTE ARENAS: When Juan Pablo Verdiquio comes home, this is how he`ll park his car in his garage.
This is awesome.
It`s a ride for his ride. An elevator that carry cars and people to their condos on any of the sixty floors in the Porsche Design Tower. It`s the first elevator of its kind.
JUAN PABLO VERDIQUIO: It`s unique, yeah, that`s for sure. It is beyond crazy. Beyond crazy. But it`s a boy`s toy.
VICENTE ARENAS: Verdiquio, a thirty-eight-year-old shoe manufacturer moved to Miami from Buenos Aries, Argentina, a year and a half ago. He was so ecstatic about the new feature of the building, he plunked down nearly four million dollars on a unit before construction even began.
JUAN PABLO VERDIQUIO: It`s going to be a landmark, not only a Miami landmark, a worldwide landmark.
VICENTE ARENAS: The Porsche Design Tower will have three elevators or dezervators named after the building`s owner...
