Abstract :

The Mad-1, designed by Mad Computer Inc., is an IBM- compatible computer. This system contains enhancements including (1) Internal memory from 256K to 512K bytes; (2) Intel 8274 multiprotocol communication chip; (3) Real-time calendar chip; (4) Optional 8087 mathematical co-processor chips. The base system runs MS-DOS 2.0 and CP-M-86. Three software packages are available with this system as follows; (1) spreadsheet; (2) word processing; (3) Microsoft's G.W. Basic graphic. The company will supply dealers with support, traning, territory exclusivity, and high margins.
