Abstract :

Pres Clinton's foreign policy has been characterized by an emphasis on multilateralism. Although his two terms have been marked with changes, Clinton has focused overall on the development of worldwide economic institutions and global security. These include issues concerning globalization, chemical and biological weapons proliferation, terrorism and illegal drug trafficking.
