Texas Network

San Antonio's KPXL-TV (TV26/Cable 2) has joined the Texas Network (TXN) as an affiliate. The addition completes TXN's lineup of stations in all 20 of the state's markets. KPXL is now broadcasting TXN's syndicated half-hour, all-Texas daily news program "The News of Texas" and "A Week In Review" program.

Billing Concepts

Billing Concepts Corp. reported net income of $2.3 million, or 6 cents per share, on revenues of $43 million for the third quarter ended June 30, 1999. That compares to net income of $6.7 million, or 19 cents per share, on revenues of $43.5 million for the same quarter in 1998. Approximately $4.9 million in restructuring, pending litigation and bad debt write off costs, impacted earnings.

San Francisco-based PG&E Corp. -- which has significant natural gas operations in South Texas -- reported net income of $180 million, or 46 cents per diluted share, on revenues of $4.8 billion for the second quarter ended June 30....
