Abstract :

The author discusses the role played by Enver Hoxha in Albania's cultural revolution, 1961-1971. The political agenda of Enver Hoxha is further explored, in terms of his use of fear to manipulate the Albanians into a system of class warfare intent on eliminating the political presence and influence of Moscow-trained cadres in Albania.
