Oldham Bears can prepare for a nasty sting in the tail from Rugby Union vultures who have noticed that they're down.

Relegated from the Super League after a midweek defeat in Paris, Oldham are set to lose many of their big-name players. And first out the door could be full back Paul Atcheson, who is being watched by glamorous London Rugby Union club Wasps.

Wasps, who play at soccer club QPR's Loftus Road ground, took Wigan star Va'aiga Tuigamala last year and are anxious to boost their chances of winning the inaugural Allied Dunbar Premiership.
