OUTSIDE, the only tout with tickets for the sold-out show wanted Pounds 100 each for them. OK, maybe if it was Madonna or Britney, but Avril Lavigne is a teenager whose debut single has only just been released in Britain and the gig was a low-key, no-frills affair.
