AIRLINE'S STATEMENT
VIENNA. July 29.-The El-Al office in Vienna to-day issued the following statement:-" The Bulgarian version of the El-Al aircraft being off course is inconsistent with the radio position of the aircraft and with ground reports. The disputed issue could be settled in accordance with international practice by permitting the Israeli committee of inquiry, consisting of aviation experts, to visit the scene of the crash. Failure to allow this elementary right in time speaks for itself. The permission granted to the Israeli Consulate non-expert representatives to visit the scene of the crash is irrelevant to the technical dispute at issue."-Reuter.
