Lieutenant-Colonel Sir George Archibald Leach, K.C.B.. late Royal Engineers, died on Wednesday at Wetherby-gavdens. He was in his 94th year.

Sir- George Loach, who was the first secretary to the Board of Agriculture, and was well known in yachting circles, was born: at Lichfield, on April 25, 1820, the fifth son Of Thomas Leach, a brother of Sir John Leach, Master of the Bolls.
