The marriage took place at St. George's Church, Pontesbury, on Saturday of Mr. Patrick Lewis Bowers, The Roval Welch Fusiliers, son of Cantain Bowers, late The Middlesex Regiment; and Mrs. Bowers, of Deal, and Miss Elizabeth Mlargery Head, eldest daughter of Colonel and Mrs. C. 0. Head, of Hinton Hall, Shrewsbury. The Rev. George Bennett (cousin of. the bride) officiated, assisted by the Rev. T. A. Parker.

The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of white romaine with a train and veil of old Limerick lace....
