A letter from Naples of the 26th aILt says-.-
" Yesteraay took place with great pomnp, in the Chapel of the Palace, the marriage. of the Duke d'Aumale, wil1h his cousin the Princess.Marie-Carolinte of Saerno, daughter of the Prince of Saklerno, uRcle of the King of' Zajdes, and brother of the Queen of the French. The Duke d Aumale, conducted byv the Duke de Montebello, Ambassador of France, and by Corn-ndant Caraffit, the King's Chamberlain, arrved at the Palace at 10 o'clock, where the Prince and Prince,, of Salerno and the bride were inL attendance. The grand officers and ladies of the Court were assembled in the reception-rcooms. At half-past 10 o'clock the King and Queen, accopagnied by the Queen-Mother, the French Princes, the Prince of Salerno, and the Princess MarieCaroline, proceeded to the room where the civil ceresaony was to he performed and the act signed. The witnesses desfignated by ~iei Sicilian Majesty, and by the King of the French, were here assmbled. For the Duke d'Aumale, the French Ambassador, Lieutenant- General Count Duresnel, Aide-de-Camp to the King; Admiral Parsval-Desohaenes, in command of the squadron at anchor before Naples; and for the Princees of Saerno, the President of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Justice. The Syvndic of the city having lread the civil contract, their Majesties, their Royal Higbnesses, and the witnesses affixed to it their signaItiea. The King then proceeded to the cha<pel, where the religious ceremony was to be celebrated. The chapel was splendidly lit up A throne was placed at the right of the
gadatar for their Majesties, and behind them stood the prinipa pesonges of the Court in grand costume. In front of t-he altara"prie-ditu was placed for the bride, and another for the bridecroom. The gallery opposite the altar was occiapied by the Queen-Mother, having on her right the P'rince de Joinville and the Count of Syracuse, and on the left Doni Sebastian, the Imiante of Spain, his wife, and the King's sister. The PrinceedeJoinville and the Duke dAumale wre thie Grand Cordon of St. Ferdinand, which His Majesty had presgented to them the evening before, at the Palace of Chiata.- raoae.
