WAR PERILS IN CENTRAL EUROPE. ARTICLE BY VISCOUNT ROTHERMERE. In Central and South-Eastern Europe signs of possible international trouble have been disturbingly frequent in the past few weeks. The friction between JugoSlavia and Italy over the former's policy towards Albania is only one ol several grave causes of unrest. It was written during a tour which he has just made to study Central European conditions on the spot.
