The gross value of the est.it? of Sir Henry Delve* Broughton, of Broughton Hall, Eccleshall, S.-irfordshire, of Doddingtou Park, Nantwich, and of li, Waterlooroad, ninth Baronet, who died ou February li* » hut, a.--d ninety, has been assessed at £70U,74G 10s. .Sd., including personal estate ot the net valu. of £1»'7,571 lit*, .'d. The executors are his son Sir Delves Louis Broughton, vi Doddington, now tenth Baiouet, and Henry Delve* Broughton, of 5, Vere-street. The testator bequeathed to his son Brian a life annuity of £750, and to his daughter-in-law Minnie Eliza Broughton, if sli3 survives her husband, a life annuity of £oUO ; to hisdaughtor Zoe Angclique Thursby, a life annuity of £."iUO, to he continued to her husband, Neville Thursby, if ho survives his wife ; and to his daughter Rhoda Broughton, a life annuity of £500, t0 be continued to her hn-band, Vernon Lammone Broughton, if he survives her. These provisions are to bo iv substitution for, and not iv addition to any benefit co which tho annuitants may be entitled under the settlements made on Sir Henry's marriage in 1557. He be'liieathed a life annuity of £2011 to Averina Johnstone Evans, and life annuities ot fi-.'") each to Kli/.-ibi t!i Longley, Mary Elizabeth Longiey, Annie Elizabeth Longley, Elizabeth Palmer, Zue Perkins, ami Marie Beitlmux, ad of ii, Waterloo-road ; and a life annuity of £100 to Anna Thornton. Having settled £5,_2_4i 12 _ (id. in favour of his daughter Saba Maud Moleswortli on her marriage, the testator made no further provision for her. and he devised all of his real estate and bequeathed the residua of his personal estate to his son the present Baronet. The executors are authorised to concur in any arrangements with respect to the «*state of Mr. Henry Tnomas Coghlan, of 14, Ilyde-park-gardecs, who died on the 24th of November. 18!)2, as was supposed intestate , leaving personalty to the amount of £679,53£>, and of whose estate administration was granted to bis kinsman, Sir Henry Delvea Broughton. The estate of Mr. William Frederick Webb, of Newstead Abbey, Nottingham, who died at Luxor, Egypt, on February 24, has been valued at £ltis,.*-3H 7s. Cd., the net personalty being £58, 134 lis. 4d. By his will, dated April 21), IS!>7, he appointed Colonel William Frederick Story, of The Forest, Notts, and Colonel Edmund Bacon Hutton, of Blid worth Dale, uear Mansfield, his executors. He gave to his daughters Geraldine Katharine Webb, Ethel Mary Webb, and Sira Augusta Zelia Fraser £'000 each on trust, to Colonel Story and Colonel Hutton £200, to Miss Annette Lamb an annuity of £120, to the Rev.
