NEW YORK--Halmark Cards agreed to buy RHI Entertainment,, the largest producer of telefilms and miniseries, for $365 million cash. The privately-held greeting card giant, with an estimated revenue of $33.4 billion, has dealt extensively with RHI to produce its Hallmark Hall of Fame series. The sale is something of a bonanza for major investors Turner Broadcasting, Chemical Bank and the Robert Halmi family: RHI went public in August 1992 at $10 a share and is selling for $36 a share.
