Abstract :

Some experts believe the rules of management should not change in the supervision of employees working off-site. Electronic communication is not as effective as telephone communication. Mobile environments give the employees tremendous advantages like balancing home life and work, which can increase morale and productivity. Managers and employees must have a clear understanding of the rules.
