Abstract :

Several simulation studies are carried out for analyzing the properties and characteristics of the silicon thin film with a nanohole (NH) array textured surface. The analyses have been found to be extremely beneficial for the designing of high efficiency and cost effective NH textured Si thin film solar cells.
