Abstract :

Design is the most expensive and time consuming phase of producing training materials. Computer technology offers trainers the opportunity to automate instructional design and produce uniform, high-quality training. Automation will necessitate standard formulas for training strategies and media design. Standard designs will also make it possible to diffuse training development expertise and instructional design throughout an organization.
