Abstract :

Pedagogical support programs are necessary to equip students for the challenges of employment, as school education alone proves insufficient. School based vocational education should include apprenticeships, entrepreneurships and internships, offering compensatory financial remuneration. Career counselling and the establishment of a variety of employment opportunities will enable students to gain experience and maturity.
