Abstract :

This article reports the change of surface electronic structure of indium-tin-oxide (ITO) as a function of ultraviolet (UV)-ozone treatment time. The results showed that the UV-ozone treatment on the ITO surface for a sufficient time lowered the potential barrier and reduced the operational voltage of organic light emitting diodes.
