Abstract :

Five loci associated with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were identified, providing new insight into the genetic risk architecture of ADHD and its polygenic relation to educational attainment (EA). Four of the identified loci demonstrated consistent effects in the independent data set of ADHD symptoms, and inverse correlation with EA, in line with prior studies.
