Abstract :

A longitudinal diffusion tensor imaging study demonstrated lower magnitude of uncinate fasciculus fractional anisotropy (UF FA) increases with age over time in adolescents/young adults with bipolar disorder (BD) compared to healthy controls. The UF FA increases were also shown to be applicable when only euthymic participants were included in the BD group.
