Abstract :

The article presents the study of hepatitis delta virus (HDV)-like ribozymes converted into trans-acting catalytic RNAs by bisecting self-cleaving variants at non-essential loops. Topics include kinetic characterization of extended trans-cleaving ribozyme, potential ribozymeusubstrate pairs, resulting in trade-off mosquito anopheles gambiae genomic discovery between sequence specificity and turnover.
