Abstract :

An aesthetic sensitivity concept that is defined by the extent to which someone's aesthetic valuation is influenced by a given feature is presented. The results emphasize people's differences in the extent to which visual features influence their liking. The crucial role of individual variation when modelling aesthetic preferences is also highlighted.
