Abstract :

About 300 mg of oral ranitidine did not significantly increase 24-hour urinary excretion of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) in 18 healthy participants. These finding was observed when ranitidine was administered with a noncured-meats diet or a cured-meats diet.
