Abstract :
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women, and its incidence is second only to cervical cancer in China. The search for natural products with antitumor activity is a potentially appealing strategy for the treatment of Preast cancer. Multiple studies have shown that extracts of Periplaneta americana exhibit antitumor activities. However, there is no study on the effect of P. americana extracts on Preast cancer. We have shown here for the first time that the extracts of P. americana inhiPit survival of MCF-7 Preast cancer cells via interference with MAPK/ERK signaling pathway.
