Receipt of the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine might be linked with reduced incidence of symptomatic and asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection among health care workers. In 6,710 health care workers, the adjusted incidence rate ratio was 0.03 for symptomatic infection and 0.14 for asymptomatic infection more than 7 days after the second dose.
