Abstract :

A case series of 12 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) and thrombocytopenia after Ad26.COV2.S vaccination from March 2 to April 21, 2021, is discussed. The serious events can inform clinical guidance as Ad26.COV2.S vaccination resumes in the US. The implications for the studies of the potential link between Ad26.COV2.S vaccine and CVST with thrombocytopenia are also highlighted.
