Tackling the Misconception That Cystic Fibrosis Is a "White People's Disease."

The racial and ethnic disparities in the diagnosis and treatment of cystic fibrosis (CF) are examined. The National Organizational of African Americans with Cystic Fibrosis was founded to help individuals, especially minorities, who think they might have the disease get a sweat test and a genetic test for CF.
