Abstract :

An agenda to improve the health and well-being of American Indian/Alaska Native persons is suggested. Their poor health outcomes are attributed to structural disadvantage, so there is a need to tackle social determinants of health. Aside from boosting access to and quality of care, there is a need to enhance data transparency and availability.
