Protecting an endangered species while harvesting its prey in a general equilibrium ecosystem model

An ecosystem model has been developed and applied to an Alaskan marine context where fish are harvested and Steller sea lions are endangered. Efficient conservation will increasingly require simultaneously considering the needs of many species to formulate relevant endangered species models.
