Abstract :

Routinely discontinuing angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor blockers among patients hospitalized with mild to moderate COVID-19 is not supported. In 659 patients, the mean number of days alive and out of the hospital for those assigned to discontinue vs continue these medications was 21.9 vs 22.9, respectively.
