Abstract :

Many doctorate degree holders are having difficulty finding meaningful employment because of inadequate demand. Aside from the academic fields, many private institutions do not have much need for doctorate degree holders. To alleviate such a problem, academic institutions must develop training programs aimed at making graduates more flexible and adaptable to various job requirements. In addition, they should establish programs to encourage graduates to pursue careers in the academe.
