Abstract :

The possibility that some study results in fields as diverse as medicine and psychology may not be replicable and the suggested solutions to the replication problem are discussed. The chemical education research community is called to review the guidelines for both authors and reviewers to be more explicit about expectations for experimental design, data analysis and data availability.
