Abstract :

The innovative design of a 6-bit digital phase shifter that employs barium strontium titanate (BST) ferroelectric material for tunability, reduced side and improved performance is presented. The phase is controlled by a voltage applied to the BST ferroelectric material. The tunable phase shifter cells are configured in a novel two-layer structure.
