Abstract :

A NMR spectroscopic study of the solution structures and dynamics of 12 (LnDOTA)1- complexes, where Ln = La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Yb, Tb, Ho, Dy, r, Tm and Lu and DOTA = 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-N,N',N'',N'''-tetraacetic acid, is undertaken. Results indicate the presence in solution of two isomer. The similarity in the 1H and 13 C chemical shifts for the major isomer of (LaDOTA)1- and for the minor isomer of (LuDOTA)1- indicates that they possess the same solution structure.
