Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to introduce continuous mathematical models for calculating planned cash-flow, based on the calculation of planned accounting data obtained from ERP systems of business entities. Using mathematical models defined in this way, it is possible to predict the values of required statements, or key performance indicators (KPIs), needed to assess the near future of an enterprise. The advantage compared to a discrete model is the possibility of finding the value of a quantity at any (non-integer) moment. This article should be considered as a contribution to the application of mathematical methods in business information systems in a general context. Byline: Petr Hanzal, Petr Chládek
