Abstract :

Washington, D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Dept and the FBI have teamed up to form the Cold Case Homicide Squad (CCS) which specializes in unsolved crimes which are at least a year old. CCS investigators are highly skilled and experienced with violent crime investigations. They commence operations by reviewing all the leads, reexamining witness testimonies and coming up with viable new leads which culminate in the arrest of a suspect. After these, the CCS refers to the assistant US attorney to prosecute the case.
